1. Deposits Policy

At Tint Tech Nottingham, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit reserves your appointment in our schedule. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, the deposit will be non-refundable. This policy helps cover costs associated with lost wages and overhead, as it is typically not feasible to fill the appointment on such short notice.

2. Paint Quality

When having wrap work done on your vehicle, it’s crucial to consider the existing paint quality. Although issues are rare, the most common problem arises when non-factory paintwork has been previously applied, especially during repairs. Non-factory paint may not adhere as well as factory paint, meaning that during the application of the vinyl wrap, there is a risk that the paint or lacquer could peel off. This is an uncommon occurrence, but it is a risk. Tint Tech Nottingham cannot be held responsible for such instances, as they are due to previous paint application quality.

This applies to all wrapping services, including light tinting, full-colour change wraps, and dechroming.

3. Wheel Refurbishment

3.1 Refurbishment Quality:

Our wheel refurbishment service is designed to restore the aesthetic appeal of your wheels. However, it is important to note that refurbishment does not equate to making the wheels brand new. Some minor imperfections may remain after the process, as it involves repairing rather than replacing your wheels.

3.2 Additional Repairs:

If your wheels are buckled, additional straightening services may be required at an extra cost. Similarly, cracked wheels may need welding, which will incur additional charges.

3.3 Diamond Cutting:

Wheels that undergo diamond cutting come with a six-month warranty. Due to the nature of this process, variations in the diamond cut pattern may occur, particularly if the wheels were previously buckled. These variations can affect different parts of a single wheel or multiple wheels. While we strive to achieve a result as close to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standard as possible, the specific design of the alloy wheel and any previous refurbishments may limit the extent of CNC machining we can perform. Any previous refurbishments before we undertake the work may prevent the finish from being classified as an OEM finish.

4. Terms and Conditions
